In this webinar, we will explore the question: Is a Three Channel Film Correction Necessary for Film Dosimetry? Ashland has recommended a three-color correction as the standard in film dosimetry for years, but the value of this correction has been widely debated in literature. With the release of the new EPSON 12000 scanner and a detailed comparison of data, we have concluded that unless you are exposing the film to 20 Gy or more, the green correction is not necessary. The "Red Channel Only" measurement is your best option for accuracy and efficiency in your film dosimetry, and in this webinar, we will cover detailed information to justify this conclusion.
