Request a Complimentary Remote License

Given the escalating situation with the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, RIT understands that facilities around the world may be compelled to reconsider policies and enact special procedures to keep their employees safe. RIT is here to accommodate our valued customers that may require an additional RIT software license in order to work remotely. We want to offer our support to your facility, and above all, maintain your ability to keep both staff and patients safe with minimal disruption.

Customers in-support or out-of-support with our Product Maintenance Program may request an additional software license in order to easily work remotely. We can issue your facility either a floating (cloud-based) or node-locked (dedicated machine) license for any RIT software package. For more information on software license types, please click here. If you are unsure which license type would best fit your needs, you can easily request a recommendation from RIT Technical Support. These temporary licenses were designed to help our customers efficiently transition to working remotely for up to three months (or until RIT deems that the COVID-19 crisis is over) at no additional cost to your current or expired PMP subscription.

If you have any questions or concerns about RIT's special remote licensing program, please don't hesitate to contact us via email or phone for assistance. RIT is committed to our customers and their important work in medical physics that must continue during this evolving situation.
